  Tricia was professional and was very attentive with the details of the look I wanted to achieve. I wanted a natural doll eye effect which was exactly what she did! There was so much variation in length of lashes she used (which was what I wanted) that I would get compliments on my "eyelashes". The retention on the lashes also lasted a long time. I still had a lot of lashes after 1 month +. They were also very comfortable and not bothersome when I squint or shut my eyes really tight. I can't recommend her enough.

  Purchased a Groupon for a facial - bad idea. Website says to book online, their "mindbody" booking page doesn't exist. Tried emailing, no response. Tried calling, phones are disconnected. Does this place exist?

  I bought a Groupon for a facial and I've called this business multiple times and no response. I even left a message and no response. The voicemail machine says they only take appointments online on their website and that there's no other way to book them, but in fact - their website doesn't even have the option to book appointment for the Groupon I purchased- Facial. At this point, having a bad experience while even trying to get a hold of them I don't feel comfortable letting them treat my face. Don't waste your time with giving them your business.

  I had my lashes done here twice while i couldn't get into the NW store. It was really nice, but its kind of hard to find if you don't know the area. Otherwise my lashes were great. Once with Maya, once with McKenzie.

  Haven't even been here yet and I've already had the WORST experience. There is no one at the phones at any time, including business hours, which also means your phonecall will not be returned for WEEKS.
