  very dishonest with their pricing~ staff tend to uses excuse of we forgot to mention " sorry" to validate why they charge you outrageous price for a fill..their pricing board says $40.00 for a solar fill, then they charge you 55.00, saying its a new style...they make no effort in reimbursing you, and expect costumers to just settle for there line of reasoning...staff working are almost new trainee, owner tends to blame her new staff for not being knowledgable with pricing and won't adjust her board with pricing list stating it to new to add...very deceptive business practice...I wont be back, and I will make sure others are aware of what they are doing...

  My best friend introduced me to this place today and I LOVE THEM!!!!!!!! I’ve been to a lot of nail places but today is the first time I’ve been this happy with my nails. Definitely my new nail salon . Thanks you girls sooooo much

  Service was not up to par. It's very expensive for the customer service to be this poor. The manicure and pedicure was mediocre at best I won't be coming back.

  I am very disappointed in this salon, you say you take walk in & only 5-10 minutes wait upon walking in and asking and 30 mins later you start and then your rushing to start and finish very unhappy with my nails they did not even take off my old color they just filed it and then what i wanted I had to change because guess what it showed through and was to light. Not happy with this at all & will not be returning.

  When I first went here a year ago the service was not very good. I have recently been going to them again and it's a lot better. I've tried other nail places in Airdrie and they were not as thorough. Even as a walk in yesterday when they were very busy they still fit me in and did not rush my pedicure. I get my eyebrows done to from them. It's not only the cheapest place I've gone to for eyebrow waxing but also the most thorough. Give them a chance, you might like them.
