  I needed a diffrent perscription since mine wasnt covered they were faxed 2x called 3 by me and i went in 5 days ago they clearly work on there own time. Thank god its nothing life threatening. Was told by the recieptionist he'll get to it when he can. 5 days later. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

  Dr O is a star. Knows what is wrong with you and works with you to get you right again. He is the best doctor I have dealt with in my 59 years of life. Maybe I should not say this as he may now be plugged up with patients and I wont get my turn to get my health fixed up by him without a wait. Anyways the Bridge Medical Clinic is a five star clinic with fantastic doctors and staff. It is a long haul to get back into a healthy condition but thanks to Dr O we are working on it together with successful results . Thanks again to the Bridge Medical doctors and staff, the one stop medical clinic.

  I went in at 10am on a Wednesday as a first-time walk-in and was in and out in less than half an hour. Very kind front end staff and the doctor was amazing. Though I knew what I was there for wasn't serious, she still treated it with importance and understanding. As someone with a spouse who is a veterinarian, I feel there are many people who walk in to a new clinic expecting things to be exactly how they would like it to be or assume they know more than the doctor. As though the doctor is lazy or withholding information on purpose. Doctors are human, which means they all have a different style. If their style doesn't jive with you, graciously move on and try someone else. If you expect things to be how they are at your old clinic, then stick with the old clinic. Otherwise, expect that things may be done differently and go in giving the doctor the benefit of the doubt instead of forgetting that they are humans just trying to do the best job they know how. This clinic is very professional and well run. I wish there was one like it in the town I live in.

  The second clinic and doctor I saw in town after moving here (first one wasn't good either). I found the doctor here not wanting to do anything in office, but rather to send you else where for your problems. It was very frustrating as any other clinic I've been to in the past would do quite a bit in house.

  The receptionists are friendly and welcoming, its organized and no long wait times. The clinic is clean as well. never over corwded or super busy.

  I have had to switch drs three times since moving to airdrie, and DR.Briggs i amazing. I am so happy I found her. She actuallly listens to me and is always so happy and friendly. She never hurries you out or thinks writing a prescription is always the answer. She will send you for testing, and genuinly cares about your well being.

  Thanks to Dr. Briggs I have made alot of headway with my illness and highly reccomend her.
