Hours say it is open Sunday.. but we went to drop off some items and the girl at the back said the store area is not open on Sundays? Was every weird.. maybe hours listed not accurate? Sunday is the prime day for a thrift store.

The staff are a big problem, there are like two women that are the sweetest and the rest are incredibly rude. They give dirty looks to children ( sorry but kids will be kids and sometimes they make noise). They make you feel like you need tohurry up and leave if you have kids. its a very uncomfotable situation.

The pricing, oh what a joke! Did you know that they use cirtain online stores, to price there items? they look up the items on there and price them according to what you would pay on those sites. Scam much? The items were donated for pete sake and you feel its nessesary to charge almost new retail price?

I used to love shopping there when I first moved to airdrie, the staff were mostly friendly, it was organized and the prices were great, I am not sure what happened but now I refuse to shop there at all.

Also they all seem grumpy, no one smiles, everyone looks like they are friggin misrable, and you are a burden to their time if you dare ask a question. RUDE!

Yes you have some name brand clothing but again, may I remind you , it was donated to you, and for what was supposed to be a good cause. So you charge higher prices for name brands? why?

Its very stuffy in there half the time you cant get a cart down an aisle because they have stuff in the way or an unhappy staff member is putting stuff away and wont move and if you say "excuse me" the look at you like you should have intterupped them and they are annoyed. they make you feel like you should go back and go down a different aisle to get around them.

I know VV is known for over charging for items but now it seems the Salvation Army is guilty of being greedy too. (this location anyway)
