  I usually never give bad reviews, however my last visit to Urgent Care had me absolutely furious. I came to Urgent Care in life threatening condition. I had to go to urgent care rather than the hospital since my condition was too severe for a longer drive. To say it politely, the nurses were very rude and unprofessional as well as they took priority over less ill people than me. I had to wait over two hours just to get into a private room to even see a doctor. Once they figured out what I needed, it still took the nursing personnel over 45 minutes to get my treatment. Absolutely ridiculous.

  i do understand waiting times can be atrocious here but in my situation where i severed my thumb i was taken care of immediately, treated incredibly well physically and socially. They did an amazing job. i have nothing but respect for everyone that works there. i don't think this place should ever get anything less than 5 stars . Theses people chose the hardest most stressful and profession. Thank You so much for your hard work and dedication!

  Very caring. They do what they can with what they have. If you treat them well they'll treat you amazingly. Great bedside manner, very thorough with tests. Will arrange for ambulance to a Calgary hospital is needed. They work hard. Thank you guys.

  Horrible, Horrible Emergency. My baby brother was very sick so we had to come to the hospital at 1:00 am. The place was pretty much empty and no one took care of us to the point when every doctor was literally free. I asked one of them how long it will take after waiting for over an hour in the room. She answered that they only have one doctor operating at the moment. Don’t recommend this place to anyone.

  I've only ever had great experiences here....until tonight. I'm not the kind of mom who takes her kid in for every little thing... It takes a lot for me to drag my kids there. After a very long wait, a nurse actually told me coming in was over kill. The 3rd nurse I saw, mind you. No one could have told me in triage that it was superficial? The last nurse I saw was rude and condescending. I don't care if you're having a long day, when my kids head has been bleeding for 4 hours, despite my best efforts to stop it, I would like to not be belittled when we FINALLY get in to get it checked out. From now on I will be going straight to the childrens in the city of I have to go during peak times again. I was very disappointed because every other time I've been in, they've always been very thorough and reassuring that I did the right thing. I hate going and only go in if I really feel it's warranted. So it's super frustrating to be treated like one of those mothers who brings their kid in every time they get a cold or a bruise. Not impressed.
