  Great place. Easy to book appointments, never have to wait more than a day or so. Most staff is very friendly and helpful however a few receptionist can be very unpleasant and make calling to book an appointment a negative experience. However, Dr. Gill is very thorough and always puts a lot of thought and effort into our appointments.

  My suggestions for those that work here: Please listen to your patients better and don't ignore what they say. No one knows what they're going through better than they do.

  Came in this afternoon with 2 hours before closing and sent to different clinic with lady at reception indicating "we don't take walk ins". Not true with recent experience for my wife & son at same clinic so may have variable rules based exclusively on staff.

  The set up was nice, my doctor actually ended up leaving this clinic before I had a chance to meet with him which is unfortunate. However through my experience going to a walk in to get a problem of mine checked out I was not impressed. The doctor didn't really listen to anything I had to say, writing it off as just an allergy. When I told him over and over that I do not have any allergies, he just handed me a prescription forum for an allergy medication and told me that if this didn't clear it up it was most definitely a permanent problem. I guess it's also worth noting that I moved here from another city while another doctor was looking into this problem, and he did say it was fixable and that it was due to a strain. Though after telling this new doctor about it he still didn't care.

  I can not say enough about the level of care and service at Airdrie Medical. The front staff are so amazing! Always friendly, kind and willing to help and to say they are great with kids is an understatement! They know my children by name and always make them feel special and welcome, so much that when I say they need to go to the Dr they are excited. They are such a pleasure to book with and always take time to make you feel welcome. The Doctors are also a step above, Dr.Gill and Dr.Yang are incredibly thorough, kind and caring. They never make you feel rushed and always take the time to go into the little details toake sure you fully understand. I can not say Thank you enough for all the amazing care, kindess and support this clinic (everyone) has given me and my family. THANK YOU!
