  Did all the registry business,called the lady for appt. Left a message,waited 2 days,no return call.I called again and left message, waited a few days, no return call.Decided to go to the office,spoke with another gentleman,who told me the receptionist was off on mat. Leave and they were short handed.i told him who I was dealing with and that I would like an appt.He took my phone number and gave me her card.but still no appt. Phone one last time and left a message . it's been over a week and still no return call.so I went else where.If this is what being in good hands is all about ,I'm not impressed.

  My name is Garrett Jones, I am the Agency Manager of the Airdrie Allstate, I wanted to take a minute to respond to Teresa's review. As I stated to Teresa when I called to apologies for the inconvenience; we appreciate hers and all our clients feedback and as a result we have implemented internal procedures to ensure situations like this do not arise in the future. In addition I have hired a Customer Care Agent who's only job is to look after clients and assist in any changes or services they require to their policies.   Went to the office, spoke with the manager,asked for an appt.to. to transfer insurance from New brunswick.was given a business card for an agent and was told that the receptionist was on mat. Leave and that they were short handed.He also mentioned that his alberta licence didn't allow him to transfer policies from other provinces. Called the name on the card and left a message,got a call back from the lady ,who was very nice ,she told me to go do all our business at the registry first then call and make an appt.

  I have been buying insurance for 26 years. Three years ago, I was recommended to try Airdrie Allstate. I got a quote which was amazing (saved us over $1000 on our house alone)! So we switched to these guys and the experience has been outstanding. They are helpful, communicative, knowledgeable, and truly excel at customer service. I even had the unfortunate experience of a major collision on HWY 2 a year and a half ago and they were helpful, supportive, and took care of every detail. I would recommend Airdrie Allstate to anyone looking for a quality insurance experience.
