  The location is ok and fairly easy to get to.. Just behind a few other buildings. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, nothing incredible but well stocked.

  Great stay. Staff at front desk are extremely helpful and friendly.(especially Saturday Jan 13th 10pmish) Rooms clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast tasty! :)

  We stayed in a king size sweet with a couch in the suite. It was a very comfortable bed and the room was a great size with modern finishes. However, the continental breakfast was terrible. The eggs were spongy, sausages were dry, and the hash browns were cold. We ended up stopping at the Tim Hortons down the street afterwards. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall everything was great except the breakfast.

  They wound up putting a fridge AND a microwave in my Grandmother and Aunt's room!

  We found out that they didn't have a fridge in their room, and we wanted to make sure they could have some food to bring back to the Hotel.. So we called and spoke with someone at the front desk and asked if they could kindly put a fridge in their room. The lady on the phone was incredibly nice! Wonderful customer service.
