  Your standard side-of-the-road chain restaurant fare. Staff is sometimes great, sometimes meh, food is exactly what you’d expect. They are good with some healthier options, and weekend breakfast buffet is good if you get there early. Beat the children and the food being out too long.

  Service is slow - 40 minutes to get food, but must agree was a bit busy. Prices though are ridiculous. I can not process in my brain paying $16 for 2 eggs, half a potato and 2 burnt toasts. Times that by 4 with coffee and a $6 juice glass, will set you back more than half a bill for a family. Food itself is basically tasteless. Thanks to restaurants such as these, my faith in eating out is next to zero! If the owners see this, I would love to talk to them and discuss how they define value for paying $80 for food thats worth $10 with the added bonus of being tasteless.

  I've been for breakfast a few times and enjoyed the food and service, however last night my husband and I went to the lounge for dinner before a show. We waited over an hour for a burger and fries, and a quesadilla and fries... Both food items were cold, and the burger came out 15 minutes before the quesadilla... Not impressed this time around...

  Really enjoy my food at smittys. I work nearby and I like to treat myself to a wonderful breakfast meal. I normally get the Denver breakfast. Very good, and very filling. Great food, great service, great coffee. Only 1 awkward moment when a few staff members got into it in front of customers one day... But normally nothing like that happens. May I suggest taking it in the back next time :).
