  Friendly staff and bright welcoming kitchen, this place is a dream come true. It's like a meal prep service only the cost is lower because you do the assembling. They still do the shopping and chopping, you show up, measure and mix and take your meals home ready to cook! Sides and veggies often included, menu changing monthly. Descriptions online when ordering were very clear.

  Simply the best. Her classes are great, her food is awesome. I just hope I can get into the next Instapot workshop, it always sells out so fast!

  I have never been treated so well in my life! I am in my first trimester and I am so sick. I read that bone broth is very good for women who suffer from morning sickness. I went to this location and was greeted with a huge smile and lots of help and support. This establishment not only sells great food but they conduct classes and seminars on food prep and healthy eating. I am definitely going to sign up for classes before the baby is due... thank you everyone for the great service and support!
