  I set up a line of credit with BMO and Angela was there to assist me in making the process quick and painless. Three days after my appointment with Angela she followed up with me over the phone, making sure I had everything and making sure I was satisfied with the service. Excellent customer service.

  Deplorable customer service! If you can call the main BMO line in Ontario, you'll get much better customer service there (and more knowledgeable employees).

  I just found out last month I have been getting charged ($20-$30/month) for insurance that I didn't sign up for or confirmed I wanted insurance on that account. It's been almost a year... since I've had the account.

  However, they did refund me a month of the insurance service... but why should I have to pay for someone else's mistakes! Thanks to the bank I'm short at lease $200, if not more!
