  I bought a new computer and was completely satisfied with the service I received from Staples! They were professional and very fast on completing the job. They transferred my info from the old computer to the new one in record time since I use it for my business! I would recommend this store to everyone who wants great, courteous and expert service!

  I consistently use Staples Print & Copy to supply my business needs. Friendly atmosphere and impressively fast service to get my 100's of postcards printed & cut.

  Staples have no customer service at all!!! There is simply no way you can cancel your order. I asked the the representative because i wanted to do the survey but she told me to disconnect and said that their survey is unavailable, to check that i called again but to the different representative but he said that the survey is working fine. I wanted to report this to the manager but I had to wait for 30 minutes but i still couldn't report this. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED BY A SUCH BIG COMPANY!!!

  Terrible, I went there twice to print something as I needed to print something in a rush and my printer was broke. I went there to print quickly and was planning to buy a printer right after. Anyways, printer was not reading my file properly and it was indicating to ask help from the attendance, so I did and we found out that Staples' printer doesn't recognize Window 10's and it only reads window 7 PDF file is what the attendance said. I actually had exact same problem in staples on McKnight and they helped me out in the office printed 10 pages as I needed and charged me for 10 cents each print but here, they are not even upgraded to window 10 yet which is about 5 years or more behind and they were asking for a full service fee so I said no thanks to that and didn't bother buying printer at staples since I didn't want to spend a penny there.

  My girlfriend and I walked in at 8:00pm , not knowing they closed at 8:00 pm. Instead of the guy saying, “sorry, we’re actually closed”, he instead proceeded to follow my girlfriend around the store, after I stopped to looked at you’re selection of computers. Basically, he just stared at her the whole time and wouldn’t let us look around without eyeing us. Pretty creepy and they would keep glancing at each other and smirking, like they knew something we didn’t, or were just creeping. The rest pretended like we didn’t exist! Not ever going back there!
