  I wanted an item from the flyer; wasn't in stock but I could pay for it and they'll call me when it came in. So I did. Weeks later, it arrives, no phone call from visions, had to repeatedly go in and ask staff to check. I no longer have a use for the item, wanted to return or exchange it, and was now told that it was a "special order" and "final sale. I wasn't told that at the time of sale, and it doesn't say that on the receipt. I'll be driving to the Macleod Trail store from now on, and advising everyone I talk to to do the same.

  Excellent employees and customer service. Store was quite busy and was helped by the GM. He was able to answer all of my questions. Won't hesitate to go back.

  Very good service. Purchased lots of items from visions airdrie. You can definitely tell that they are commission sales people, however that opens up the ability to negotiate which is very fun. Play your cards right and you can get yourself one hell of a deal on a sweet TV... At or below cost! Which is what they tell you anyways. Lolz. All I can say is good luck, and be sure to buy a warranty! Hey you get your money back for it if you don't use it so why not!
