  I needed some products for my hot tub and decided to check this place out. WAY OVERPRICED!!! 2kg Lithium was $63!! Should be $40-45... Spa perfect was $42!! Should be $30.. I know its local but don't gouge your customers... 30-40% markup on products..

  We bought our hot tub from Hot Water Pools and Spas three years ago. They have been a great help with maintenance since the initial purchase and were outstanding during the purchase and install phase. Today we were having problems and they had someone out in just over an hour on a weekend to check it out. Problem diagnosed, replacement part in stock and two awesome techs fixing the issue in under an hour. Unreal professional service that you only get from getting to know who you buy your stuff from. Would recommend Sarah and Ryan to anybody looking to purchase pools/spas/hot tubs or for folks that already have one on their property for assistance with proper maintenance and operation of their waterworks. Can't say enough about this company and the people that represent it!

  I absolutely love love love this company. First off I was looking for a tub for my mother and father for a wedding anniversary gift. They were able to find us an amazing deal on a tub. My parents have had it for years. Their crew showed up , installed the tub and they were beyond professional. Anytime my father has a question about the tub all he has to do is call and ask. My parents have recently had the tub serviced and again had and exceptionally great experience to the point that my mother called me to tell me about how professional this company is. They actually did a follow up call with my mom to ensure she was happy with the service, which of course they were. My parents appreciate that this company cares so much about their clients. We are definitely purchasing our tub for our new home from hot water pools and spas. Thanks so much for taking great care in everything you do!

  My Fiancé and I recently bought a hot tub from Hot Water Pools & Spas and we could not be happier. Over the course of the last year we spent an extensive amount of time doing research and visiting most of the Hot Tub retailers in Calgary; most of them where on par with one-another until one day we randomly visited Airdrie. We talked with Sarah for an extensive amount of time and she knew the answer to almost every question we could come up with; and anything she didn’t know she knew where to quickly find the information for us. Everyone in the store is incredibly friendly, super helpful, and really gives a new meaning to great customer service. When our hot tub arrived, they came to deliver it with a small team of people, and every one of them was as efficient and friendly as the people in the store. Every small detail was impressively taken care of, from the detailed walk-through of water chemistry (with leave behind laminated instruction sheet) to the BBQ assembly and placement on my deck it was an incredibly pleasant experience. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire team, both in store and out. My one recommendation is that if you’re remotely considering buying a hot tub go and talk to the team; it is well worth the drive!
