  I’m not sure if she was not in the mood to work or just thinking about the holidays (it was around Christmas time) she did a horrible job (ant honestly I am not picky at all).

  A couple of days after I got a call from this place to let me know that I’m late for my appointment. Somehow I had an appointment booked (the one that they were never able to find I guess) and the therapist called stating that I was so lucky that they were going to have my cancelation fee.

  Everything started when I had a very hard time to find the place. It is in a very small mall and there’s no sign to make that place visible.

  I have been going to see Dr. Jamie for nearly 10 years now and without his expert care, I would not be still working today. I have gone from taking prescription pain medications on a daily basis to taking a Tylenol every once in a while. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I would never go anywhere else!

  I explained to her that I was not aware that I had an appointment and that the week before I went to that location and they were not able to find me, that I had to go back the day after and that it was a waste of time. She said, well I’m only the massage therapist and I’m not the one in charge of the appointments.

  It was the worse massage I ever had. I actually went to look for her profile online only to see if she was really an RMT.

  They took 5 minutes looking and looking and I had to spell my first and last name several times. Because they couldn’t find me I decided to book another appointment for the day after. I should take that as a hint, anyways I was there the day after and Jennifer Dahlseide was the therapist.
