  Terrible photolab! I came in for a very basic print job and was extremely dissapointed with their self serve kiosk/system as it had major lagging issues. I was not the only customer in store that had this issue. It was very frustrating to wait and have it lag all of the time, and you can only upload one photo at a time, which I found very outdated. I would not recommend if you need lots of photos printed. It took me a grueling 20-30 minutes of trying to upload my 19 photos, and I'm very tech savvy. On top of that, there is no instant print service. Why advertise as a photolab, when your company can't compete in terms of quick service with a Kodak kiosk at Shoppers, Walmart, or Superstore? I'm used to easy multiple uploading from Kodak, and getting my generic photos printed out instantly. Again, I'm not asking for something special where it requires time and detail, so I understand that I'm just at the wrong location for this type of service. Thankfully, the people who work here were accommodating enough to print it for us, but overall, this lab and their system needs to be updated!

  Overall disappointed in their electronics department. The staff are unknowledgable and there's a lack of customer service...not just at the Airdrie location, but many of the London Drugs electronic departments. The staff didn't know what specials were in the flyer, or online...let alone if they had the items in stock, where to find them or how to ring them through the till. They struggled with setting up the phone I was purchasing on a Telus contract. The issues varied from not being able to log in to their accounts, having to re-input the information multiple times and not being able to reach the Telus credit check department. I had to visit London Drugs on 3 seperate occasions to get this completed and spent over 4 hours total time waiting. At one of the Calgary locations a staff member was even hesitant to start the application with only 30 minutes to closing and literally told me that he didn't think he'd be able to complete it before closing and that if he couldn't I'd have to come back tomorrow (he was unwilling to stay late). One of the Airdrie staff members even failed to tell me he was running a credit check, I don't know how many credit checks they put through in my 3 visits as they struggled to complete my application several times. I provided my credit card for the credit check, but was asked multiple times for my SIN number, which I've never been asked for before while signing up for a phone. While trying to complete the process their staff complained and weren't enthusiastic. I was also disappointed in their selection of phone accessiories and cases. Overall I think London Drugs needs to train their staff on their processes and provide them with product knowledge. Their staff weren't confident in their roles.

  The people in electronics department here are fantastic. Always willing to help, give advice even when you're not buying right at that moment, and the most hassle free exchange I've ever had.
